Anne Talley has been promoted to the position of senior vice president of marketing, L’Oreal Paris.  Talley will be responsible for the marketing of all L’Oréal Paris division products, including color cosmetics, skin care, hair care and hair color. She will also oversee all U.S. print and broadcast advertising strategies.
